As the year quickly draws to a close, it's time to both reflect on all that happened and make sure you do those things to get the new year off to a good start. This includes making the right financial decisions for yourself... at the RIGHT TIME.


As most of you know, the 2022 post-pandemic supply-chain issues caused major shortages in new vehicle inventories. This forced both demand and prices for new and used cars to skyrocket.  Many people took advantage of that situation to sell any vehicle they no longer needed, or trade-in their used cars to take advantage of this sudden and significant rise in value for their used vehicle.


However, it is apparent that new car supply-chain issues are getting straightened out. And although new car supply is not yet at its highest, it is rapidly improving. So much so that the prices for many models of new vehicles are starting to come down.  In turn, demand for used vehicles will start to decline.  Experts are forecasting that the price and demand will both fall for used vehicles in 2023.  Therefore, if you still have an "extra" vehicle that you no longer need, it would be smart to consider selling it sooner rather than later to get as much value out of it as possible.
